Very clean room. Perfect service. Location perfect for the sites we wanted to visit. Close to the river (handy for a romantic eveningwalk and sunsetboottrip on the Tonlé Sap river). In the middle of street 136 with a lot of hostess bars (handy for single males). Tuk tuks available anytime.

Location was okay.

We had to choose mch due to lack of availability with other hotels over the weekend, as the King Father had passed away. We had asked for non- smoking and the room we were checked into stank of smoke for the entire stay. The doors and walls were not at all sound proof and lots of visitors were making louds noises well into the early hours of the morning. The room itself was a bit grim, and we have stayed in better places in phno m penh for the money spent.

Air con very poor, we thought we had a view from the window, but it was of a corridor, bathroom poor quality

staff where very nice. we asked for good wifi room when booking, and they actually gave us the room with best connectivity. Very central.

I would only recommend: earplugs are a must!! as usual in Cambodia and Vietnam... they are really noisy :(

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a 24hour reception which was very convenient to get things out of the safe when returning late in the evening or leaving early in the morning. The location was perfect: close to the nightlife but still quite to sleep and the neighbourhood appeared to be safe.

Rooms were basic but ok for the price.

The position, it's close to the central market, They clean the room every day.

The noise in the morning, the cleaning ladyes make a lot of noise so like 7 am you wake up, one way or onother, they have no respect for the client, for people who pays to stay in there and you cannot get any sleep at all. If you have the badluck to sleep on the last floor there is the washing machine that seems lake a plain taking off. The bathroom is not the one in the picture of the hotel, is a normal bathroom , asian, with you taking the shower and spreading water all over.

Good for the price, and good location for price. Staff is welcoming and A/C well fontionning. Balcony is great and cable tv also ! Hot water working well also. We liked this hotel for the price.

The wifi didnt work in the rooms, our shower head was broken.

Dirty sheets and towels, the bathroom door does not close properly, no window, too noisy, you can hear everything that happens behind the walls, no hairdryer

Staff was friendly and eager to help. Rooms were spacious and housekeeping did a good job.

Close distance to Roof Top Bar on the other side of the street (loud music!!) makes it hard to sleep... Shower facilities were poor and quite dangerous due to open electric sources... Not all staff can speak English...
